What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up a time that is convenient for our customer. We meet and go over the project together to gather information and come up with a scope of work to do. We provide a proposal for the work and once signed, and after accepting a deposit, we will begin your project. We will discuss the time frame in advance and work around your schedule to complete the scope in the time agreed upon. After completion, the customer pays the balance of the final bill. Other services may be added on along the way with an addendum to the original contract or another signed contract for "extras".

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working in construction for more than 25 years. We have training in most aspects of construction. We have been apprentices, superintendents, supervisors, project managers, and construction company owners. We have been taught by experts in all of the fields we specialize in. We have also received training from the manufactures of the products we work with, so that we know how to do the job per manufactures instructions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Robert started his construction empire at the age of 16, when his loving grandmother Mildred, placed his ads throughout the Yellow-pages! His business started with chimney repairs and chimney cleaning as he is not afraid of heights. Soon, Robert picked up vinyl siding skills, and window and door installation working with Ray. For the next 15 years or so, he was the "siding expert". In 2004, after the hurricanes, Robert's good friend Stephanie the roofer, called him to come work in Florida to repair homes destroyed by the storms. He met other General Contractors who asked for his help. Word of mouth is all we've ever had. Our customers keep us forever and tell their friends, family and neighbors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love working with homeowners who have issues with their homes. We like solving problems for them. We love helping people and the satisfaction that comes from it. We also work with businesses, like Leu Gardens and TGIFridays in Orlando. We have worked with large home rental companies. We work with landlords, realtors and property managers. And we work with people who are new home owners and owners getting ready to sell.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just helped quite a few homeowners after hurricane Ian flooded their homes in New Smyrna Beach and Port Orange. Each one was special and we worked as fast as we could to get their homes ready to move back in. That was very satisfying. We haven't stopped yet. We are looking for our next great customer!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you find someone you feel confident with. Some people start jobs and don't finish. We have always completed our work. We have completed project photos to show. Some people don't respond when you call or text. We are always responsive.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the job that you want to do? How do you think you want to do it? How much is your budget? What materials would you like to use? What paint color do you want? This is a big one! You must make the final decision on paint colors. When is a good time to interrupt your schedule to get the work done? Are you prepared to pay in full, or will you need financing? These are a few things to think about. We have the skills, tools, and experience to do any job, professionally for you.
